Enderby is part of the Enderby-Grindrod neighbourhood in the North Okanagan real estate area.
In February 2021, there were 269 properties listed in the North Okanagan, for a total of 748 active listings. During the month, 244 units were sold (as compared to 121 in February 2020). Monthly and year-to-date sales dollar volumes have more than doubled since this month last year. Inventory of properties, especially single-family houses, is quite low in comparison to demand for properties.
The median price of residential properties in the North Okanagan was $507,000 in February 2021, up 22% from the $416,600 in February 2020. Days-to-sell in February 2021 was 58 days, which over a 30% decrease in time when compared to the 85 days taken to sell a given property in February 2020. Real estate in the North Okanagan, including the Enderby area, continues to increase in price as inventory remains low and demand remains high.
