The Enderby real estate market was brisk this fall with unseasonably strong home sales in October 2020. Sales continue to be above previous autumn volumes in the North Okanagan Zone, which includes the area from Predator Ridge (just south of Vernon) to Enderby/Grindrod.
Sales of single family homes in the North Okanagan were up 83% from last October, with 143 single-family homes sold in October 2020. Inventory of houses on the market was down 31% compared to this time last year, with only 293 houses on the market. Houses are spending less time on the market, with days-to-sell down to 62 days (a 27% decrease in time-on-the-market from last year). OMREB’s benchmark single-family home price for the North Okanagan was $525,300, a 9% increase from one year ago.
